The US and Dominican Republic voted for the proposal, whereas Russia and China opposed the extension of the arms embargo.
Indonesia firmly believes that the US decision proposal opposes the Joint Complete Plan of Motion (JCPOA) or 2015 Iran nuclear plan, Director for Worldwide Safety and Disarmament of the International Affairs Ministry, Grata Endah Werdaningtyas, informed ANTARA on Saturday.

Therefore, Indonesia has sought full dedication of Iran and different events concerned in JCPOA and expressed considerations over the US withdrawal from the deal.
“Indonesia urges all JCPOA members to proceed to have interaction in dialog to unravel variations arising from the interpretation and implementation of the JCPOA via a regulated Dispute Decision Mechanism (DRM),” Werdaningtyas famous.
By its presidency within the council for August 2020, Indonesia will facilitate any strategies from all members over this matter and take such session and coordination into consideration.
