Cambodia-based sports activities charity Indochina Starfish Basis has gained a Peace and Sport Award for its soccer teaching programme throughout the nation.
Peace and Sport’s award for Sport for Growth and Peace Programme of the Yr was introduced by the Monaco-based organisation on Tuesday in recognition for ISF’s Soccer for Change Outreach Mission, which is sponsored by Uefa Basis for Kids.
ISF’s programme noticed 200 coaches in rural Cambodia skilled to make use of ISF’s Social Impression Curriculum, which “makes use of partaking football-based actions to boost consciousness about key social points and minority rights, whereas educating important life expertise”.
